Coarse Pumpkin and Sesame Seed Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup raw sesame seeds
1 cup raw pumpkins seeds
2 eggs
1 TBSP raw honey
1 TBSP raw vinegar
1 teaspoon aluminium free baking soda
dash salt
1-2 TBSP water

Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder.  Add salt and mix by hand.  Add honey and lightly beaten eggs and mix.  Sprinkle baking soda over mixture and add vinegar.  Mix well.  Add water as needed.  Batter will not flow, that is okay.

Line loaf pan with parchment.  I use a Glasbake pan that is narrow. Next time I'll try a Pyrex 502 so the slices will be taller.  Scoop batter in and spread it out as best possible.  Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

I got 18 slices that were a bit wider than 1/4".
Values are for one slice:
