1 TBSP roaster sunflower butter (MaraNatra)
2 TBSP roasted cashew butter (Simple Truth-Kroger)
2 TBSP roasted almond butter (Simple Truth-Kroger)
2 eggs
1 tsp equivalent of a sweetener
dash salt
1 Tsp baking Soda (aluminum free)
2 Tsp lemon juice
Whole sunflower seeds to sprinkle on top
Mix ground seeds, seed and nut butters with one, salt and sweetener.
Add baking soda and stir once
Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly
Pour into Pyrex 502 size loaf pan (mini pan) that is lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle top with sunflower seeds
Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and pull out of pan, place on cooling rack. After 5 minutes, remove paper and let cool.
Note: Bread will take on a greenish color after a day. This is due to a reaction between the sunflower seeds and baking soda. I slice and refrigerate after cooling.
