Soft Grain Free Bread (pourable batter)

I'm a bit lazy and wanted a bread recipe that I could just pour into a baking dish.  This first attempt produced a soft mild flavored bread.  My husband really likes it and was vocal about me making it again.

Bowl #1:

1 TBSP Coconut Flour (Honeyville)
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
1 TBP olive oil
1/2 cup hot water

Mix and transfer to a small mixer bowl.

Bowl#2:

1/2 cup nut butter (1 part almond, 2 parts cashew)
1 egg
1 tsp raw honey
2 dashes salt

Mix thoroughly then add:

1/2 tsp baking soda (aluminum free)
1/2 tsp raw vinegar

Mix and add to mixer bowl with other batter and blend well.

Line shallow 8.5" x 11" (Pyrex 235) pan with parchment

Pour batter and even out with spatula.

Bake 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Let it get nice and brown.

Remove from pan with parchment attached. Let cool 10 minutes, flip and slowly pull away paper.

Cut into 8 equal pieces.  Refrigerate uneaten pieces.
