I'm still experimenting with a simple batter recipe that I can just pour and bake and doesn't get soggy. This turned out pretty good. It can be used as a pizza crust or tortilla or whatever!
Bowl #1: Thoroughly mix the following 4 ingredients then let sit and cool for 10 minutes.
1 TBSP Coconut Flour (Honeyville)
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
1 TBP olive oil
1/2 cup hot water (hot but not near boiling)
Bowl #2: (mix the following ingredients in a small mixer bowl on machine)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp granulated garlic (little more if you wish)
1/8 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp raw honey
2 dashes salt
1 egg
Then add:
1/2 tsp baking soda (aluminum free)
1/2 tsp raw vinegar
Add bowl #1 to mixer bowl and mix well.
Line shallow cookie sheet with parchment
Pour batter in center and even out with spatula forming an 8 to 9 inch circle
Let cool and return to cookie sheet on new piece of parchment. Top with sauce, toppings, cheese and bake on medium broil (middle rack, don't burn the parchment) until cheese is golden. You just want to toast the top and not burn the edges as nuts burn easily. I diced and cooked green pepper, mushrooms, ground sausage and sweet onions BEFORE adding to the crust. Keep in mind the crust will be thin, so you'll want to not overload it.

Bake 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let it get nice and brown, don't under bake. Let sit for 10 minutes and then carefully peel away from parchment.
